Got GA senate race on Jan. 5th, Biden swore as President on Jan. 20th, Annoying Orange lingering between those dates, and oh the irony Rat still in attendance until the above date aka Lunar New Year. The animal stepping in for 2021 is the Ox.
Spent New Year's Eve and following three day weekend in a semi-coma. Repeating yet again "Get more proper sleep" resolution. Downtown fireworks were canceled, so no BOOM-BOOM-BOOM waking me up in time for the year change. On living room couch, watching South Park, and nodded off around 9pm and missed the CNN's Times Square ball drop broadcast. Just as well, what I saw of it was spooky and depressing. The Planet Fitness air dancers (one is creepy enough, a large group is thousand times worse) lined the area and far outnumbered human beings. The few people allowed to attend, had to be greatly spaced out what in looked like adult sized playpens. Purple the dominant color scheme, because that's Planet Fitness main shade and they're big on advertising. It looked like the air dancers had taken over, wiped out most of the human race, put the remaining survivors on display, victory danced around them.
Air dancers should not exist!
