I'm eargerly awaiting a "nose balloon"

Seriously. I've not been having a full range of hearing in one ear. It may have something to do with the inner bit and fluid trapped in there. The possible fix is a plastic doohickey and balloons, using these things to shoot air up my nose.

Coming via Amazon from the UK!

Hopefully this fix will work and not turn into a Monty Python skit.
