Wish could do a news blackout

But it's a very stupid thing to do. Putting fingers in ears going "lalala", followed by sticking head the sand doesn't stop shit from hitting the fan. Really irritates the hell out of me when a grown-ass adult does a news blackout. Not surprising these are also sometimes the same people who don't like opening their mail for fear of seeing the bills.

Cutting back on doom scrolling and news watch/read? That's good to do and probably the best way of trying to stay mentally healthy and still be aware of whats going on.

If you haven't already guessed, Annoying Orange & Co making a mess of things does frequently scare me.

I check the news for some occasions. Other than that, I just don't want to hear any other insanity.
