Missed the Senate deadline or rather Senate purposely sat on it. Was turned in with plenty of time, BUT Senate excuse for not bothering was "NV would be out of sync with everybody else". Which is the same load of BS that other places have shoveled out on quitting Daylight Saving. Everybody wants to do it, but doesn't want to be the first to do so - frickin ridiculous.

Yeah, like in the EU where we voted years ago to scrap it ... and nothing is happening because they can't agree on which time to keep. Argh!
