No, he's giving that one to Luke (which will then be hung on the fridge for about a month) because Yan really does love his brother and wants to give Luke a good laugh.

Integra, on the otherhand, he HATES (with VERY good reason) - so she'll be getting a big beautiful heart-shaped box full of rotting maggot infested stinking rat parts and a note signed "Love from Alucard" - LOL!!!

I doubt Integra will buy the trick, I am sure Alucard gives her several hearts for Valentine. Hearts as in real ones, dripping with blood.
