Who thought there would be so much history making and major change occurring within six months?

I've been glued to CNN for the last few days. I honestly thought, it'd be another "rinse, lather, repeat" with George Floyd. Instead turned into a WORLDWIDE movement - WOW!!! And PEACEFUL too. Looting and property damage, is unheard of now. Curfews in many places were lifted, some of the police are joining in with the demonstrations. People aren't just talking, there's actual dialogue taking place.

Meanwhile, the Faustian deal Bunker Baby's family made long ago appears to be coming to an end. Karma's soon to arrive. President Prospero tried to barricade himself in his castle away from the "Black Death", has no soul left to bargain with, rats are jumping left and right from the ship, Twitter's fact checking, DC mayor called him out on his shit that can be seen from space, and the hits keep coming. The debate with Biden will be delicious viewing.

In other news: Got my RedBubble masks and can't wear them. Look great, but are very uncomfortable. My head is not oddly shaped, nor my ears oddly placed. The ears loops dig and pull, the material across the face is too tight and rubs. These "One size fits most for adults" would be far better suited for a kid. $50 bucks down the drain.

Got better ones within two days from Amazon. The low rating is primarily from people who didn't get the colors they expected. I don't care if the colors are all the same and or a pukey shade. All I want at this point is a comfortable wear, and they are.

RedBubble may suck on masks, but the other stuff they carry look like winners. So I'm still open to ordering from them in the future, but never masks again.

I think masks without earloops are better, but I never tried those yet. I found a comfy mask myself, but I needed more.

I do think the protests are better. They're still persisting, but not as violent. I still hope for a change of leadership because Covid-45 won't do a thing.

I hope that the inevitable poor performance of He Who Shall Not Be Named in the debate will be something that manages to stick and hurt his prospects, this time ...

Glad the new masks are more fit for purpose!

I thought it'd be the same thing where people are furious for a few days and we move onto the next thing, but it's nice to see that people have united more on this and aren't letting it just die down.
I'm really impressed and happy to see how many of the protests went over peacefully. We had 5000 people in my city march and there were no major issues, so that's a good thing.

I haven't worn my masks for a longer time yet - I'll have to try them out.

I really really hope the Cheetoh won't be re-elected.

I've watched a lot of CNN, too. They are really good at reporting on the street level.

My masks from Redbubble fit ok. They're not perfect but they work for me for as long as I need to wear them. To be fair, I'm pulling them off every time I hit the restroom or step outside to vape, but for the most part, they're working.
