If anybody on my Friends list read the comments on my previous entry, there was a violation of my personal Life by somebody I DIDN'T want poking around in my LJ which is why I made a point of being VERY careful of who I told I had one - well it didn't do any good Mr. Snoopy found out about it anyway.
As a result, I may have to make this for Friends Only which I never wanted to do in the first place!!!
If he had only been reading it, there wouldn't have been a problem since I wouldn't have ever known but he had to go and purposely post a comment - feels like I had a pie thrown into my face!!!

Date: Feb. 27th, 2003 08:54 am (UTC)I hate when people do this uninvited... I hope for you he just found out about it accidently... when friends throw around with personal matters... well, I would know what to do then... *points at her pic*...
Sorry that happened, but I think this happens to almost anybody who has an online journal...

Date: Feb. 27th, 2003 01:06 pm (UTC)you post your journal online, for any and everyone to view...
and complain that someone viewed it?
maybe tell him personally: "please stay out of my lj," but bitching about your public forum being viewed by the public is kind of idiotic.

Eh
Date: Feb. 27th, 2003 03:06 pm (UTC)Me? Everyone knows my journal and I post anything, I don`t care who reads it. If I do have sensitive entries, I lock them up in friends, custom, or private.
If anyone gives me shit about what I post, I tell them to blow me, basically. Well, first I listen and think if I posted something that maybe I shouldn`t have, then I usually decide that I didn`t, and then basically just ignore them.
Argh, I can`t believe you deleted that guy`s post? (I mean, how am I supposed to get juicy bits of things if stuff gets deleted `fore I get there :P )

Date: Feb. 28th, 2003 10:37 pm (UTC)It's not just his posting comments I'm concerned with now - after he went and pulled his little stunts here, went and posted my LJ link in his Yahoo Group!!! I know this because someone who was a member told me. Luckly, it's a very small Group and they like me so no problem there.
After publically posting my LJ link, I wouldn't put it past him to copy my posts somewhere so I can't let him be able to view any future ones.
Problem is, LJ is not currently set-up so you can do one security setting for all posts and that's it. So each time I post, I have to hit the "Friends Only" to keep said post from public view i.e. "non-friends".
Aha! Found a way!
