No surprise. I was born and raised in Southern CA (South Bay of LA County). Nobody local has an accent. Anybody who does, it's because they came from somewhere else in the US/world.



In other news: I thought of Jane Russel earlier today at work ("Body's still pretty hot, but her head looks like it shrunk").

Come home and find out, she died.

Now, I can't help feeling a little responsible for what happened.

Well, I don't think she died of a shrunken head, and definitely not of someone thinking she had a shrunken head, so I wouldn't worry about it.

What's odd is that apparently I didn't see any of her movies. I guess that's not so odd as I don't see that many movies, but I did watch old movies a lot in my youth but I missed all of those. I think I saw her in a bra commercial?

I did think of her head in the wrong way.

Never saw any of her movies either. The bra commercial? - Yes, I remember seeing it. Cross Your Heart for full figures. She had a plastic torso prop (wearing the bra) and pointed out the cross lift support.
