A Chocolate Cthulhu!!!
While I wouldn't hold off eating the bunny, Cthulhu is another story. He's just too cool of a keepsake. If there was some way of shellacking him away from "edible" and into "conversation piece forever", I'd buy a box-full of Old Ones.
