zimon66I was earlier today planning to do a LONG nasty rant about how BEYOND INSENSITIVE PETA is with their using pictures of the Holocaust in a TASTELESS public display - they seem to WRONGLY believe that what cows go thru in a slaughter house and what an estimated 22 million people went thru in the concentration camps makes for a good comparison.
Just because I eat meat doesn't mean I'm ignorant - I know full well what goes on in slaughter houses, I also know what went on in the camps - there is NO comparison!!! But since PETA insists - the cows are lucky, what they go thru is a "walk in the park" compared to what happened to the people in those camps.
PETA says they're for "Animal Welfare", but what it looks like to me is a bunch of self-serving, trendy, tactless, narrow-minded, like to hear themselves baa, look down on others from their soapboxes, sheep!!!

This was going to be a much longer rant - but I'm tried and need to go to bed soon.
PETA can go to the 9th Plane of Hell!!!
