zimon66Wasn't online over the weekend so have been doing catch-up on reading everything - got a lovely shock from LJ Drama today -http://www.livejournal.com/community/debate/2638665.html - yet another thing to add on my "Things I've learned from reading LJ Drama" list, it doesn't rank as high as "Don't post a bunch of pics of yourself fresh out of the shower looking very ordinary in a Goth Babe Community", "ALWAYS wear clean underwear in your modeling pic", and "Don't publically go into great detail about your sex life" (LOL). Seriously, some things are best done amongst friends which is why LJ has that feature so you can switch from "public" to "friend view only" and hopefully keep most of your self-esteem intact and most of the trolls out when being open about whatever personal stuff you want to share.
Got "Hellsing" happy recently and joined a couple of LJ Comunities - spent Friday night trying to re-find this site that had cute versions of all the characters to adopt, it had a Yan Valentine which I want but no luck in tracking the site down, nuts should have bookmarked the bloody thing. Yan is my favorite character from Hellsing and he's only in two episodes - got to love a "man-made" vampire with a face full of piercings, lots of attitude and a mouth so foul he could easily cuss a bluestreak for a dozen sailors. Think it was the last characteristic that sold me on the guy, not everyday you hear a anime vamp, or any anime character curse like that - last time I heard "F**K" said so many times was in "Stone Age" (things to watch when bored), a ripoff of "Dazed and Confused", I saw it on the USA Channel so the word was bleeped out, Action Channel doesn't do "bleeping" so Yan was in his full F**KIng glory - LOL!!!
Of course, if I do find the site, no idea how I would get the "Yan sprite" posted on my User Info page - have to download the critter of your choice then upload it to wherever you want to display it. That'd be funny if I pay for some pic-hosting site all because I want to show-off/brag about a little itty bitty foul-mouthed anime character - LOL!!!
