I made it VERY CLEAR in the past that he was to STAY AWAY FROM ME!!! Even blocked him and his damn personas from my LJ.
The last time I checked my Friends List he wasn't on there - I'm going right now to try getting him off of there and if I can't will send a complaint to Live Journal.
