Going to take me a couple of days to catch-up on posts so if you get a reply from me about something you wrote some days ago, don't be surprised.
As for the 'mboe', I've had sleeping problems for most of my life and got a touch of low blood pressure too, it's not easy getting proper sleep and having 'get-up-and-go' at the drop of a hat.
Work's been crazy, long hours and physically demanding, things are only going to get crazier with the holidays coming.
Put all of the above together and I can't resist the embrace of the Vampire Couch.
But, am going to try - hate being a slug in my free time. Once again going to try and be on a regular sleep schedule.
