Recently watched:

Rooms for Tourists - Kind of a arty horror filmed in b&w. Got some interesting twists.

Unforgotten: Twenty-Five Years After Willowbrook - For me, this was a so-so documentary. Two of parents interviewed; no explanation of what happened to their kids beyond being in Willowbrook. Too much focus on a former patient's brother. Geraldo Rivera (HELLO??!! This is the guy who broke the story) get's all of 2 minutes. It got to be a very frustrating watch.

Human Lanterns - Stylized martial art fights, people flying around on wires, dramatic deaths - you know, the usual fun Hong Kong movie stuff.

The Hamiltons - After Dark/8 Films to Die are more miss than hit and the kind of thing you'd see on SyFy because they're not very good. Pretty sad to have a movie that looks like "Made for SyFy Orginal" shlock. This one is a miss (not yet on SyFy, but give it time).

My ex-husband/daughter's father worked in Willowbrook for 2 years as his alternate service for the draft. He won't talk much about it.

I agree with you, there are few things more frustrating to watch than a documentary that you know is not bringing out all the facts.
