Since the shooting in Aurora, Colorado, every time I see anything Batman, I'm a little weirded out.

Recently watched:

Dead Waves - This could be re-titled "Fun with Colors". Bad Pulse knock-off.

Diary - Story of a crazy lady. She makes crappy puppets and buys lots of food. For some bizarre reason, ending credits title card pops up in the movie's middle. Don't why this got such high ratings on Amazon.

The Girl Who Knew Too Much - My first b&w giallo. First time seeing John (SEXY MAN!!!) Saxon in b&w and "speaking" Italian.

5 Dolls for an August Moon / Four Times That Night - Learned that dvds can be flipped over. Couldn't figure out why the disc only had one movie (Four Times) on it instead of the two - kept going back to the menu and clicking around. Had zero interest in Four Times (tame softcore sex romp). 5 Dolls is typical giallo; got Edwige Fenech and some fun twists.

Me too, on the Batman stuff. I've gone from reacting to it to ignoring the latest news. I guess Christian Bale visited the victims or something? That was a cool thing to do. I'm mostly glad people are still going to theaters and seeing "The Dark Knight Rises." :)

I refuse to let myself get paranoid due to the Aurora shooting, but it is hard not to get a little weirded out with the association.

This made me laugh out loud. I've been there. : )
