Aside from new computer, Miranda Hart, Space Dandy, nice weather, and a cat without irritable bowel (almost 99.9% positive on this), nothing supper exciting on my end.

Already broke my repeated for every year New Year's Resolutions ( sticking to proper sleep schedule). Speaking of New Year's, I spent almost the Eve of it asleep. Around 5PM, laid out on the couch to watch some TV (Cartoon Network) and ZZZZZ. Woke up briefly to Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Shake partying with a cellphone/booms from downtown fireworks). Zonked off. Came to again; Kill of the Hill, too incoherent to remember anything plot-wise. Zonked off. Came to again, around 8AM next day and Ben 10 Universe (Battle with alien toads. They took Earth for awhile; Ben & Co saved the day with help from toad princess). Cats were shooting me evil looks ("We are HUNGRY!! Get up, slave, feed us!! EAT NOW!!").

Added bonus: Didn't remove make-up or contacts before I crashed. Real lovely sight greeted me in the bathroom mirror on New Year's Day. There's some things you shouldn't see in focus anytime of the year.

My cat loves paper grocery bags. He has one in the bedroom that he will get inside and crash around when he wants me to get up and his standard meowing and jumping on the bed isn't' working. It's impressive how much noise he can make under those circumstances.

Both of mine have got into their heads recently, that my computer chair is the BEST THING EVER!!! They commandeer it sometimes - like when I get up for a minute.

The other is sitting on its back top, so have a furry headrest.

Right now; leaving me&chair alone cause they ate earlier. Off digesting somewhere.

Mine has a doggy bed on a raised platform right next to my computer chair, so Fizzy will sleep there in the winter months. He's all about stealing the warm spot on the bed in the early morning.

Your NYE sounds similar to mine except mine was nodding off to the lame major network NYE programming. I spent the whole week pretty sick and laid up with a fever, so there was not much fun to be had.

Haha sounds like you were a sight for sore eyes the next morning. You should have taken a pic for us. ; )
