Who Killed Nancy?. A documentary that looks into the death of Sid Vicious's girlfriend, Nancy Spungen. Did Sid really do it or was somebody else the perpetrator?

I'm trying something new here. By posting a before watch instead of a after view, I will be way less likely to put it off and have a dvd laying around for all eternity. Why? Because you guys might be asking questions and stuff, then I'll feel really bad for putting it off. So, yeah, now I have to watch it.

I read a book on this years ago...I forget the name of the book though, but it was very sad.

I've read it, too. Seen Sid&Nancy also. I believe her Mom's explanation to be the actual truth; Nancy really wanted to die and got Sid somehow to do it.

He was very doped up at the time. Instead of being out cold from the 30 Tuinal, could have had a blackout and stabbed her. Some point later on, did pass out, during which anybody probably walked in and swiped the money.

Holy crap, that IS brilliant! I totally fail at watching my Netflix DVD's in a timely fashion. I've had Unforgiven for like three weeks now and I meant to watch it the first weekend. There've been times when I held onto one for half a year.

I feel your pain, dude. Super eager to get it, once shows up, overcome with laziness and TV shows are suddenly all consuming.

Exactly! So many TV shows and they're more bite-sized, so there's less of a time commitment issue, even though I'll watch more than one episode and spend just as much time if not more than I would have watching a movie.

Sounds good to me. Was the Nazi zombie movie you were gonna watch "Dead Snow"? Another LJ friend just posted about that; apparently it's awesome and there's also a sequel coming.

No, Outland sequel. I've seen the DS2 trailer - hilarious (feel little guilty cause of the gruesome deaths, yeah, over top cartoony violence, but still...)

Got Dead Snow sitting in my Instant Watch. One of these days, I'll get to watching it.
