Jan. 4th, 2015 07:51 pmHope everybody had a nice New Year. I crashed out on New Year's Eve at 9PM, seriously 9frickinPM! One minute I'm awake on the couch watching South Park (first episode of the Coon trilogy), then the next it's morning 2015.
Some of my resolutions for this year are repeated from last year's. The main one is getting enough sleep. Don't suffer from insomnia, but frequently not tired when I'm suppose to be and so go to bed late. Or, I'm overly tired and go to bed late. Either way, it's problematic but fixable. Just got to buckle down with a regular sleep schedule. Be nice to spend time doing something productive and not semi-zonked and mass watching reruns of whatever on TV over the weekend.
Second resolution: Regular exercise. Another side-effect of improper sleep, not exercising enough.
Third resolution: Updating more here. Yet another side-effect of you-know-what.
Fourth resolution: Get another Kindle so I can dig into the ebook mountain at work instead of just at home.
Fifth resolution: New car! Got the money and good credit to retire my 20 year old Geo - yes, I've it had for that long. Bought brand spanking new back in 1994. Been pretty reliable, but the last couple years there's just too many repairs, a credit card balance that's refusing to be reduced, and continuing engine light torment. Holding out for Spring because not crazy about buying a car during Winter (low temps and snow occur here).
Ok, enough updating. New Bob's Burgers is coming on!

Date: Jan. 6th, 2015 04:14 am (UTC)The times are changing, though. In the Recession aftermath, some car brands here are doing commercials hawking longevity. It'll probably become the norm to keep a car for a long time.
