Last night, I updated my Kindle. Took a couple hours because I couldn't remember how to do the transfer of the file from computer to Kindle. Amazon's "drag&drop file" explanation wasn't very helpful in the missing details department. All the while I pitched a fit, rereading Amazon help made me feel like it was repeatedly telling me "To put the lotion on".

Uh wot? Doesn't it do that automatically? My new one at least found the books I'd bought on the old one without any problems when i synced it ...
