Gremlins running amuck in LJ again

Had the "your email not working, must validate, blah blah blah" jazz from LJ. Nothing wrong with my email, the problem is on LJ's end. Of course, the only fix is my switching over to Gmail and wait out the gremlins.

Not a fan of Gmail. I find it rather clunky. Wouldn't have it at all, but two years ago "your email not working...etc.,". Had to get LJ alerts somehow.


In other news: Weather's cooled down some. Low 90's and a few high 80's. Been rain and maybe more upcoming in the forecast. The eclipse might not be visible here due to that. So far the chance of rain is 20%, but doesn't mean clouds won't form. Adult me isn't broke up about watching it online. If I were a kid though; royally bummed out. Some places were handing out the specialty glasses, and I'm sure the majority of them went to kids. Schools will usher them all out onto the playgrounds to witness this amazing event. Mutherfuckin clouds come along and ruin the moment, possibly pissing on it.

At least they got cool 3D styled glasses as a keepsake.

More like "A split second glance". I don't have the specialty glasses.

I think it's a glitch that pops up in the server. Or LJ gets off on randomly annoying users.

The girls at the shop are all excited about the eclipse. They got glasses to see it with and offered me a pair, but I'm a little afraid of those.
