Heat & Spam

zimon66Look at other places listed high temps, and they don't seem all that bad, comfortable even (by high desert here standards). Then see the humidity levels, that raise up the overall feel by 10 degrees or more - that's miserable.
I was out earlier doing a little yard work in 88 degree heat, and felt ok. Of course it's 1) dry heat, 2) there was a breeze - warm rather than cooling, but it did help, and 3) around 5:30 PM.
Still wish the humidity would stick around on a regular basis at least 35 to 40%, year round. Be nice to have greenery, that grows, and doesn't need constant watering.
In other news: Been getting batches of porn spam from both genders, with a bit of scammer pretending to be some alert about some money account. I almost miss getting the Lume Stop Order ads. Speaking of those, whole lot of the "wipe out your personal odor" products by different brands are popping up all over lately. ALL have been aimed at women. All are pitched by women from all walks of life. All have made mentioned at some point in the ads of women's "down yonder".
This royally ticks me off. Because it sends a very misogynist message. Wasn't that long ago when various diet ads were aimed at women.
People must have complained, because the original "females only" of this didn't have the boyfriend, or any reference to males whatsoever. However, the "females only" ad is still on the air at this time.
Got girls playing with male action figures, boys playing with Barbies, menstrual pads using red not blue fluid to demonstrate absorption, everybody talking about condoms, but vaginas shouldn't have a scent whatsoever.
One step forward, two steps back.
