A/N - The idea for this came about from seeing what poor Rip is put through in manga#5. I wanted to do something nice for her and sudden brainstorm one day the following popped-out

Rip's Closet

New recruits always caused upset in the flow and made for a long day of training.

Rip looked forward to spending time alone in the peace and quiet of her room.

The time finally came, and here she was.

Taking off her jacket, Rip opened the closet and while removing a hanger noticed something odd.

The back of the closet was dark in shadow, too dark.

Puzzled, she rearched out to touch it, wondering if this was a pratical joke of Schrodinger's....

Fell to the floor....no ground that was covered in fallen leaves from the surrounding trees.

It couldn't be real, wasn't touching earth, wasn't feeling the sun dappling thru the canopy, wasn't hearing birds, wasn't seeing paws....PAWS?!

They were huge feline paws, slowly Rip looked up at their owner dazzled by the sun in her eyes and saw the ceiling.

Wasn't in the closet (or forest) but her own bed, jerked awake by the dream.

But it was so real and the giant lion's eyes so kind.

Sleep overcame her and so did the loss of memory.

Woke the next day and seeing dirt under her nails made Rip, for some unexplained reason, very happy.

Short and sweet. A suggestion for punctuation, only '...' ;)

Interesting idea...

nice fic. I liked it:)

I read only the first book about Narnia (at least I think that's how you spell it--it's been awhile).

Rip in Narnia. That's one I wouldn't have picked. Good job!
